Emergency Solutions Grant Program - Arkansas Development Finance Authority Emergency Solutions Grant Program Emergency Solutions Grant Program The ESG program provides funding to: Engage homeless individuals and families living on the street; Improve the number and quality of emergency shelters for homeless individuals and families; Provide essential services to shelter residents; Rapidly re-house homeless individuals and families; and Prevent families and individuals from becoming homeless.
Need housing assistance? While ADFA administers housing programs, we do not work directly with the public to provide individual assistance. However, we want to ensure you are connected with organizations that do work directly with individuals and families in need.
Arkansas Continuum of Care Contacts Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Compliance and Monitoring Compliance with regulatory and programmatic requirements of the ESG sub-grant may be determined through remote and/or on-site monitoring and risk assessments by ADFA. Monitoring will be conducted annually at a minimum but may be conducted more frequently at the discretion of ADFA.
Monitoring will generally be conducted after advance notice and at a date and time convenient to both ADFA and subrecipients but may be conducted without notice and at any normal hour of business operation at the discretion of ADFA. More guidance will be provided.
