Empire State Supportive Housing Initiative - Round Nine Behavioral Health Providers Empire State Supportive Housing Initiative - Round Nine New York has led the nation in affordable housing preservation and construction. The State Fiscal Year 2025-26 Enacted Budget continues funding to advance Governor Hochul’s comprehensive plan for affordable and supportive housing.
Our goal is to ensure New Yorkers have access to safe and secure housing. The State has committed this funding to create or preserve affordable and supportive housing units. Bidders Conference Webinar – Tuesday, 6/10/25 Please be advised that the direction given in the Questions and Answers on how to access the Expenditure Budget to be completed as part of this RFP application were incorrect.
To access and complete the Expenditure Budget applicants must follow these steps: Navigate to: Bid Event OMH #149. Click on the “Bid On Event” link. At the top of the page – enter your contact information and site/project address – this will create the “Periods Details-1” link at the bottom of the page.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and hit “Save for Later”. On the same page, access the “Period Details-1” link, then use the Budget Properties link. Due to an error made in the build of this RFP in the Statewide Financial System SFS (failure to create/turn on the Expenditure Budget), the current iteration/version in SFS will be closed effective 8:00 AM on Tuesday, 6/10/25 and reissued.
We expect it will take a full day to rebuild this RFP in SFS and the reissued RFP build will be available in SFS on Wednesday, 6/11/25 (please check SFS for availability). The new SFS Identifier number will be OMH #149. There are no changes to the RFP document itself.
There are no other changes to the SFS build or to the existing Timeline dates to accommodate this re-issue. For any agency that has begun work/making entries in the current iteration (OMH #147), please be advised these will be void. You must recreate your entries in the new release OMH #149.
