Employee Assistance Program | Georgia Department of Administrative Services - DOAS Employee Assistance Program Are your employees feeling overwhelmed? There’s somewhere they can turn. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free service offered to your employees, their dependents and eligible household members to help with decisions, personal problems, family issues or workplace concerns.
The decision to use EAP benefits is voluntary. Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Employees can receive up to eight (8) sessions per person, per problem, per contract year.
At the EAP website, www. EAPHelpLink. com, your employees can access tools and information and explore issues in an anonymous, confidential and secure manner at any time.
