The mini grant amount is based on the number of employees with AWC Trust medical insurance at your city or organization. You can receive $5 per Trust insured employee, with a minimum of $50 and maximum of $500. We have removed the participation requirement to receive a mini grant.
Complete the mini grant application by December 31. Submit your receipts and the mini grant reimbursement form by January 15.
