Oregon's Small-Scale Local Energy Loan Program made more than 860 loans since ODOE began SELP loans - totaling more than $600 million - have gone to tribes, businesses, local governments, state agencies, nonprofits, schools, and farms. Community Renewable Energy Grant Program is sponsored by Oregon Department of Energy (ODOE). This program provides grant funding for planning and construction of renewable energy or energy resilience projects.
