MCCF Grant Resources — Madison County Community Foundation Elevate Madison: Designed to support current needs while building long-term opportunity and resilience. Over a three year period, we are investing $1,000,000 highlighting three of the most fundamental Social Determinants of Health. We will do this using a strategic framework that encourages solutions that move from Intervention > Prevention > Upstream Solutions.

Emergency Grants: The Emergency Grant Program is designed to support nonprofits with unexpected expenses that impact their ability to meet their mission. An Emergency Grant can help an organization manage an unbudgeted, unforeseen, and time-sensitive emergency . Please contact Ben Davis PRIOR to submitting your sponsorship application.
