The Enterline Foundation’s sole focus on the intellectual and developmental disabilities sector for over two decades has allowed the organization to dig deep into the needs of individuals, their families, and the organizations that serve them.

The sector-specific work and volunteer experience of its Board and staff ensures that richer conversations and connections can happen between The Foundation and its grantees. This unique perspective and lived experience allows The Foundation to make meaningful contributions that go beyond writing a check. The Enterline Foundation connects organizations to learn from each other.

Collaborating with other Foundations The Enterline Foundation actively seeks opportunities to learn, share and work with other grantmaking foundations. Through both single year and multi-year grants, The Enterline Foundation supports nonprofit providers of services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and other sector-specific entities.

Links to national and state-level advocacy and research organizations as well as entities that assist individuals and families in locating needed services. Other Financial Resources The Enterline Foundation considers loan requests from qualified service provider organizations to aid in responding to emergency situations and to take advantage of immediate opportunities.

Accelerating Impact, Innovation and Interaction The Enterline Foundation is quite unique in that they are not only a distributor of financial support, but they act as a partner. We have had numerous conversations over the years with members of The Enterline Foundation team who are genuinely interested in the work we are doing and how we can improve what we do.

They ask questions, provide guidance and have even connected us with other organizations to share ideas. We have, of course, appreciated the needed financial support as well!
