Entrepreneurial Development Programs is sponsored by Blackstone Charitable Foundation. This program supports entrepreneurial development programs at institutions of higher education and nonprofit organizations. Grants are intended to pilot, expand, or replicate initiatives in promoting entrepreneurship through education and advancing high-growth entrepreneurs.

Blackstone LaunchPad helps first-generation and low-income college students across the United States launch successful careers through professional development and access to paid internships at Blackstone, our portfolio companies and select startups.

Learn more about the program Blackstone Connects is our global employee engagement program – a vehicle for Blackstone employees to support their local communities through volunteering and giving. Through Blackstone Connects, we currently support nonprofits engaging employees across our 27 global offices. Nearly 90% of our employees participated in annual firm-sponsored charitable activities in 2025.

Current Partner Organizations Updates from the Charitable Foundation LA Wildfire Relief for Altadena’s Odyssey Schools Our Real Estate team, the Blackstone Charitable Foundation and our portfolio companies joined forces to help support the LA wildfires relief effort — by providing space and vital resources for Altadena’s Odyssey Schools.

Blackstone Gives Back Challenge Nearly 400 employees competed in this year’s Blackstone Back Challenge. Together, they vied for $1 million of Blackstone Charitable Foundation grant funding for nonprofits of their choice.
