Drug manufacturers may offer various benefits to make it easier to receive medication and lower the cost.
Patient Assistance Program for Medication ## Epilepsy Travel Assistance Fund Epilepsy Foundation is partnering with SK Life Sciences, Inc. to offer financial assistance for travel expenses. Travel expenses must be related to medical care or treatment for epilepsy or seizures. Applicants may be eligible for up to $3,000.
Assistance Fund for Epilepsy-Related Travel Transportation can be a significant issue for people living with epilepsy. If you are restricted from driving, the ride-share program can help you get around town. The $500 Uber voucher can help you travel to follow-up appointments, treatment, and other essential needs.
