The new process for outline applications will start on 1 October 2024. It will combine the previous pre-outline and outline processes.
This will be an internal EPSRC panel process with external observers from the community for assurance. Before applying you should contact the relevant theme contact . They will be able to offer advice on the scheme conditions, the fit to EPSRC strategy, and how to begin the process.
