2025 Truist Championship: Equipment Grant The Growing the Game Grant Program, an initiative of the Truist Championship in partnership with PGA TOUR Superstore, invites local nonprofits to apply for grants to receive brand-new golf equipment. This program expands access to golf, promotes equity, increases participation, and fosters competitive play for all individuals, regardless of socioeconomic status.
We welcome nonprofits of all sizes and focus areas to apply and help us create a more inclusive golfing community.
To be eligible for the grant, all applicants must meet the following criteria: Have 501(c)3 tax exempt status Organization must operate at the local level or be an affiliate/chapter of a larger organization that operates locally Have programs intended to provide free or low-cost enrichment programs for participants If your organization serves youth, you must meet the following criteria: Serve youth between the ages of 3 – 18 years old Serve youth in under resourced communities Charge an annual participation fee of $299 or below Provide consistent access to physical activity (does not have to be a structured sports program) Be the first to hear about news, tickets on-sale and other exclusive insights by signing up for our official newsletter.
