Educator Grants - EVSC Foundation EDUCATOR GRANTS 2025-2026 2025-2026 Educator Grants have been selected! Congratulations to our grantees! EVSC Foundation's Grant Opportunities The EVSC Foundation and Public Education Foundation have offered educator grants for many years.

Now that we are one organization, we have streamlined the educator grant process and available opportunities building on what our separate organizations offered in the past. Our focus for the future highlights our commitment to three key areas: envision, engage, empower . We believe that when students and teachers are inspired and engaged in collaborative and transformational learning experiences, they will be empowered to thrive.

We want to make grants more accessible to our teachers, so we have streamlined our grant process to make it as simple as possible. The application form requests information needed to organize and execute any lesson plan and should take 30 minutes or less to complete. Below are our three areas of focus .

Please read each category description to determine which category best fits your proposed project. You can only apply to one E3 grant category each year. If you have questions and need support determining which category is the best fit, please reach out to grants@evscfoundation.

Our Envision Grant is intended for projects that inspire and refuel you! Looking at adding robotics into your classroom to help inspire your students to apply math concepts in a new way? Want to purchase a professional development resource book for all teachers and staff at your school to encourage growth mindset?

This grant is for you! W hether it is a grade-level collaboration or a professional development opportunity, Envision Grants give you the opportunities to “envision” and transform the educational experiences in your classroom. Envision Grants are under review How will you leverage community partners to engage with your students?

Our Engage Grant is intended for projects that extend educational learning opportunities through partnerships with organizations in our community. Looking to learn more about plant life cycles by having a master gardener provide a tour and information to your students? Want to support new techniques in your art classes by bringing in a resident artist?

This grant is for you! Whether you are looking to bring a community partner into the classroom, or seeking educational opportunities within the community, Engage Grants provide funding to ensure students have a variety of opportunities to apply new skill sets. Engage Grants are under review How does your project empower your students to thrive?

Our Empower Grant is intended for projects that respond to students interests by extending learning in creative and novel ways. Looking to support your student council with field trip opportunities to volunteer in our community? Want to provide students with speech and debate workshops or add a resume writing workshop for juniors and seniors?

This grant applies to you! However you are engaging and responding to the interests of your students- empowering them to lead and build confidence- Empower Grants provide you the resources to invest in helping students thrive! Empower Grants are under review Applying for an Educator Grant?

EVSC Foundations’ E3 Grants provide up to $1000 for materials and unique experiences that support innovation in the classroom, engage students, and empower students to find social-emotional and academic success. Submitted grants will be evaluated based on the following criteria: Priority will be given to projects that impact innovation in the classroom, unique programs and initiatives, and transformative learning.

All project requests for this grant must be academically based. Impact on the classroom, including numbers of students impacted, and how student learning will be enhanced. Ability to measure success of the project.

Innovation, or uniqueness of the project. The 2025 application window is now closed . If your project is funded, you will be required to share the impact of your project (including photos/video and a project synopsis) here .

Quick and Easy Application E3 Educator Grants are not renewable or retroactive. At the end of the approved grant period, grant holders will return remaining funds to the EVSC Foundation. Tools4Teaching is located at 401 South Green River Road Evansville, IN 47715.

They are open 9am-5pm Tuesday-Friday, and 9am-1pm on Saturday. Call 812-401-2060 for more store information. Captivating Classrooms Grant We are excited to partner with Tools4Teaching to offer up to $2500 in educator grants (ranging from $250-$750 each) for educational materials at the store!

Applications will open September 24th and close October 18th at 4:00 pm. You can visit Tools4Teaching’s store to see their full inventory of educational resources and materials available. Tuesday- Friday from 9 am -5 pm or on Saturdays from 9 am-1 pm To request funds, click on the button below to submit your online application after you have built your basket in store .

Include information about your proposed project, along with the Tool4Teaching items that will help you bring this project to life. Submit a screenshot of the educational materials and resources added to the online cart on the Tools4Teaching website along with your application. A grant review committee will review the submissions and select award recipients.

org with questions or concerns. Rotary Foundation of Evansville Classroom Enrichment Grants for public, private, and parochial educators in the tri-state area are offered. The Arts Council of Southwestern Indiana Sponsorship of the Arts grants are awarded to develop or advance arts opportunities and experiences for K-12 students in Vanderburgh County.
