** The Façade Improvement Grant helps you invest in your storefront to attract more customers, enhance our community's streetscapes, and grow your business. The Façade Improvement program hopes to accomplish the following goals: 1. Visually improve storefronts and streetscapes; 2.
Enhance prominent retail and commercial areas; and 3. Rehabilitate or replace historic features. ### Funding and Eligibility To help your business thrive, the City is offering matching grants of up to $17,500 for storefront improvements.
The funding is structured as follows: * **Architectural Design Services ($2,500)**: Grant funds include $2,500 for architectural design services from a city-retained architect to help you plan your project. * **Physical Improvements (Up to $15,000):**The City will provide a **75% matching grant** for physical improvements such as signage, awnings, doors, historical features, and murals.
