Enterprise Faith-Based Development InitiativeSM | Enterprise Community Partners Across the country, houses of worship are leveraging their extensive underutilized land and partnering with mission‑driven developers to create thousands of affordable homes and community-serving spaces.
For two decades, our Enterprise Faith-Based Development Initiative SM (Enterprise FBDI SM ) has been equipping houses of worship with the knowledge and tools they need to take on development. We provide: Grants and capital : We help houses of worship access the resources they need to advance their projects such as market studies, feasibility analyses, pre-development support, and organizational capacity building.
Training and technical assistance : Utilizing an Enterprise curriculum, we provide an overview of the development process. We also provide technical assistance and the resources needed to address project-specific challenges Networking : We foster an environment where houses of worship can learn from each other as well as regional experts, equipping organizations to accelerate best practices and progress.
