Family and Patient Assistance Programs (Grants)

Family and Patient Assistance Grants is sponsored by Beloved Foundation. Rare Belonging® Grant Program is sponsored by Alexion Charitable Foundation. The Alexion Charitable Foundation's Rare Belonging® grant program supports programs and services that benefit individuals, caregivers, and families impacted by rare diseases, aligning with its mission to address health disparities within and among the rare disease community. Priorities include science-driven solutions, technology and innovation, patient supports, and research & policy focused on diagnostic pathways and systems improvements. The program specifically seeks to advance emotional well-being and educational opportunities, and provide relief for critical needs, especially for those living with or affected by a rare disease.
