Family Electric Rate Assistance (FERA) Program is sponsored by Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E). The FERA program provides an 18% monthly discount on electric bills for income-qualified households of three or more people who exceed the income threshold for the CARE program but still meet specific low-to-middle income guidelines.
