Family League Summer Youth Development Grants (Discontinued)

Community & Neighborhood Grants is a grant from the Baltimore Community Foundation that funds nonprofits working to strengthen schools and neighborhoods across Baltimore City and County. Awards range from $5,000 to $25,000 and support programs driving measurable improvements in education, economic development, and community well-being. Since 1972, BCF has deployed over $650 million to nonprofits and civic projects in the region. Eligible applicants are 501(c)(3) organizations with solutions addressing challenges in Baltimore schools and neighborhoods. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis through the BCF online grants portal.

Ravens Youth Sports Grant is a grant from the Baltimore Ravens Foundation, in collaboration with Under Armour, that provides equipment and resources to youth and high school sports programs throughout Maryland. Now in its 16th year, the program has outfitted more than 9,500 area children with jerseys, cleats, and football accessories. Grant packages include Under Armour jerseys and cleats, sports bras for female-based programs, Guardian Caps for impact reduction, Flag Football Starter Kits, Heat and Heart bundles with AED machines and hydration kits, and Field Equipment packages. Applications are submitted by program rather than by individual team, and all youth and high school sports programs across Maryland are invited to apply. The application window runs from March through April each year.
