Community Foundation of Washington County the future of Washington County Feel confident that your donation will make a difference. By donating to the Community Foundation of Washington County MD, Inc, your funds serve as investments for our community’s future. Through scholarships, grant opportunities, or even special fundraising projects or emergency situations, your donations fund areas of the community with the deepest need.
Established in 1997, the Foundation has grown from one fund worth $9,000 to more than 475 funds valued at over $74 million. Thanks to years of investment from our community, our young community foundation has grown from $9,000 in 1997, to managing over $74,715,908 in assets in FY25. Here are some highlights as of the end of our fiscal year 2025.
