The program will distribute approximately 25–30 grants, each between $5,000 and $10,000, from a total pool of $250,000, to help farmers and ranchers renovate or prepare their properties for overnight guests or launch agritourism experiences such as farm-to-table dinners, wine tastings, apple picking, and agricultural workshops.
Eligibility and guideline details will be announced before applications open in late November 2026 through a secure portal on SurveyMonkey Apply. For-profit production agriculture operations nationwide that want to develop or expand a farm stay or experience as an additional income stream connected to their working farm or ranch. Additional eligibility rules and allowable expenses will be announced before the application opens.
