The Federal Home Loan Bank of New York has announced the results of the 2025 Affordable Housing Program General Fund Round. The link to the press release and list of awardees is provided below: All current and future users of our AHP General Fund will need to utilize the AHP System to submit AHP applications and supporting documentation for progress reporting, disbursement of AHP subsidy, and monitoring reviews.
We recommend enrolling as soon as possible by following the steps outlined on the AHP System page . Each year since 1990, the FHLBNY has set aside 10% of its private earnings to support the creation and preservation of housing for lower income families and individuals through the Affordable Housing Program.
