Fellows-to-Faculty Award (SFARI) is a career transition award from the Simons Foundation Autism Research Initiative (SFARI) that funds postdoctoral scientists transitioning to tenure-track faculty positions in autism and neuroscience research.
Fellows receive a $600,000 three-year faculty research grant, awarded toward the end of their postdoctoral career, along with access to an interdisciplinary scientific community and career development activities. The program is open to Ph. D.

The Simons Foundation’s Autism & Neuroscience division offers the program to nurture new talent and to broaden the community of scientists contributing to our scientific mission. We Support Early Career Scientists and their Research Vision We seek to support scientists whose scientific vision for their future independent laboratory contributes to the mission of either or both of the following scientific areas: Simons Foundation Autism Research Initiative (SFARI) Simons Collaboration on Plasticity and the Aging Brain (SCPAB) Fellows are expected to transition to a tenure-track or equivalent faculty position within 24 months of being notified of the award.
