Grant recipients may purchase AI-enabled detection and tracking systems, portable counter-drone sensors, and identification technologies that comply with federal privacy and airspace laws. For FY2027, eligibility expands to all states and territories, with the remaining $250 million plus unused FY2026 funds available.
