Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) Grant Program (FY2027 Tier II) is sponsored by Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) / State Administrative Agencies (SAA). This program provides funding to enhance state, local, tribal, and territorial capabilities to detect, identify, track, or monitor unmanned aircraft systems. While directly a federal program, funding for FY2027 will be distributed broadly to all 56 states and territories through State Administrative Agencies (SAAs) to support nationwide C-UAS detection and response capabilities, making it a state-administered opportunity for local entities. The FY2026 funding prioritized jurisdictions hosting major events like the FIFA World Cup 2026, but FY2027 will have a broader focus.
