A Community Grant Program Opportunity for Stamford Neighborhoods The Mayor’s Office, in partnership with the city’s Community Development Office, has reinstated the Community Micro-Grant Program, an effort that awards small grants for community-specific projects aimed at improving the quality of life across Stamford's neighborhoods.
