Apply for a Grant — Philadelphia Committee of The Garden Club of America All applicant organizations must possess current registration as a 501 C 3 not-for-profit organization, and all projects must be charitable organizations located within the boundaries of the City of Philadelphia.
Fertilizer Fund Grants are smaller grants ranging from $500 - $5,000 and fill a much- needed niche by providing supplemental funds or seed money to small neighborhood projects or to larger landmark projects.
All grants are exclusive to horticulture; supporting plants and planting material intended for food production, conservation, historic preservation, community enrichment, wellness and horticulture education for all, including adults and young children. Grants do not fund institutional overhead, salaries, labor for installation /maintenance or hardscaping.
