Care is offering Here for Your Health behavioral health grants to New York State-based providers and community organizations to support innovative programs aimed at reducing barriers to care for individuals with substance use disorders.
Care encourages providers and organizations to apply initiatives that prioritize programs that improve access, engagement, and continuity of care for underserved and historically marginalized populations. of up to $20,000 will be awarded. To be eligible, providers or community organizations must serve New York State.
The deadline to apply is no later than 5 p. m. Wednesday, April 1, 2026.
