Down Payment Assistance | Florida Capital Bank Skip to content Down Payment Assistance Florida Capital Bank // Down Payment Assistance Community Partners Product* Community Partners Product provides up to $15,000 in home purchase assistance to current or retired law enforcement officers, educators, health care workers, firefighters, and other first responders; veterans and active-duty members of the military or their surviving spouse; and COVID-related essential workers.
Funding is available to both first-time homebuyers and non-first-time homebuyers that meet product eligibility requirements.
Maximum funding per household is $15,000 The homebuyer must contribute at least $1,000 Eligible for primary residence purchases Grant funds can be used for down payment and closing costs Homebuyer education course required Eligible homebuyers include: Current and retired law enforcement officers Firefighters and other first responders Veterans and active-duty members of the military or their surviving spouse COVID-related essential workers First-Time Homebuyer Product* First-Time Homebuyers Product provides up to $12,500 in down-payment, closing-cost, and principal reduction assistance for the purchase of a home by a first-time homebuyer.
Homebuyers must meet product eligibility requirements and apply for funding through a participating member financial institution.
