Projects that work towards the goal of ensuring decision-making spaces reflect the diversity and talent of the nation.

Projects focused on education access from STEAM scholarships to leadership coaching. Projects that connect people to care, and make mental well-being a public right — not a private luxury. Projects that build economic power — connecting communities to jobs, capital, entrepreneurship support, and financial tools that create stability and generational wealth.

Step 2. Eligibility Review Our team assesses mission alignment, community leadership, and compliance readiness. Applications are reviewed by our board to ensure strategic fit across our six focus areas.

Approved projects sign a fiscal sponsorship agreement outlining responsibilities, reporting, and fees. We manage funds, compliance, and reporting — while you lead the impact. 501(c)(3) nonprofit with national reach and compliance capacity.
