For this grant, organizations will generally receive USA Football-branded items but may, from time to time, also receive equipment grants or offers from our grant partners. “Thank you so much for the flag kits! Our local high schools now have girls flag football as a program and we are growing the program at the grammar/middle school age.

” _Flag Equipment Grant Recipient_ ## FLAG EQUIPMENT GRANT APPLICATION PROCESS Youth organizations, middle schools, and high school girls flag football programs enrolled with USA Football for the current calendar year are eligible to apply for the Flag Equipment Grant. Please complete all questions within the application to ensure eligibility and consideration, as the type and quantity of flag equipment awarded, if any, is based on your responses. The 2026 Flag Equipment Grant application* will be available later this year. _*USA Football’s Flag Equipment Grant requires completion of a grant application, separate from enrollment.

USA Football offers the flag equipment grant to provide flag belts and footballs to organizations who offer both boys and girls flag football programs.
While we may, on occasion, be able to issue equipment grants or offers from our grant partners, this grant is not designed to help cover equipment needs other than flag belts and footballs. What are the grant eligibility requirements? To be eligible for the Flag Equipment Grant, youth organizations, middle schools, and high school girls flag football programs must:: 1.
Be enrolled with USA Football (FREE to do **here**) 2. Be legally designated as a non-profit and in good standing (501c3 organization or tax-exempt by state) 3. Be clear of any outstanding invoices with USA Football What do I need to complete the grant application?
To complete the grant application, you will need the following information on hand BEFORE starting the application: 2. Number of flag football athletes 3. Number of flag football teams 4.
How this grant will help you grow the game 5. Type of flag belts used USA Football’s application system does not allow you to save your application and resume it later; you must complete the application in a single session. USA Football will accept Flag Equipment Grant applications through May 13, 2025.
How and when will I know the status of my Flag Equipment Grant application? USA Football will send all grant notices to the administrator or grant contact email address provided in the grant application. USA Football is not responsible for incorrect or invalid email addresses, or for emails delivered to junk or spam; as such, we encourage you to add **grants@usafootball.
com** to your safe senders list to ensure you receive all emails from us. USA Football carefully reviews all Flag Equipment Grant applications; as such, due to the volume of applications received, it may take as long as 45-90 days after the application closes for final grantees to be determined. What type of flag belts and footballs will I receive, if awarded?
For this grant, we offer USA Football-branded flag belts (velcro or pop-socket) and footballs. USA Football will determine the quantity and size of flag belts and footballs awarded, if any, based on your answers to the application questions. USA Football will issue these items from our warehouse partners, you are not able to choose these items from a catalog or website.
How will I receive the flag belts and footballs, if awarded? Flag belts and footballs will be shipped to the address provided in the application, or the shipping address associated with your organization’s account. Flag kits cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, we must have a physical address on file; organizations awarded a flag kit who provide only a PO Box will have their flag kit delayed.
USA Football will send shipping notices to the administrator or grant contact email address provided in the application. USA Football is not responsible for items not received due to changed or incorrect addresses. Who do I contact if I have questions about the Flag Equipment Grant?
