Flexible Assistance for Survivors (FA) Pilot Grant Program - California Grants Portal The purpose of the Program is to improve safety, healing, and financial stability for victim/survivors of crime and their family members through direct cash/financial assistance.
The purpose of the Program is to improve safety, healing, and financial stability for victim/survivors of crime and their family members through direct cash/financial assistance.
