Proposals are reviewed by FloridaCommerce and chosen by the Governor to meet the demand for workforce or infrastructure needs in the community they are awarded to. The Florida Job Growth Grant Fund awarded 19 projects in fiscal year 2021-2022, 20 projects in fiscal year 2022-2023, 19 projects in fiscal year 2023-2024, and 21 projects to date in fiscal year 2024-2025. **Florida Statute 288.
