Florida Solar For All is a $156 million program from the Solar and Energy Loan Fund (SELF), in partnership with Solar United Neighbors and The Nature Conservancy in Florida, funded by the EPA, that provides grants and deeply affordable financing to expand residential rooftop solar access in low-income and disadvantaged communities across Florida.
The initiative supports low-income households, multifamily housing providers, solar installers, and project developers working in underserved communities. Funds became available in early 2025 and aim to make Florida a solar energy leader through an inclusive energy transition. Eligible applicants include low-income households and qualifying organizations serving disadvantaged communities in Florida.

Beginning Early 2025, funds will be available for: Grants and deeply affordable financing for residential rooftop solar systems in low-income and disadvantaged communities across Florida Single-family homes and multifamily rentals in low-income and disadvantaged communities Funding options for solar roof-top include: Grants and subsidies for low income households Grants and low cost financing for roof-top solar for multifamily housing *All funding will support solar roof-top projects benefitting low income residents and communities Are you a homeowner, solar installer, or project developer?

Solar United Neighbors (SUN) is the most experienced solar community organizer and educator in the nation, with extensive experience in implementing solarize campaigns and deploying solar throughout Florida, helping thousands of homeowners, non-profits, and small businesses install solar systems. The Nature Conservancy in Florida (TNC) brings the resources and expertise of a global, science-based environmental non-profit.
TNC has operated in Florida for more than 50 years to support community engagement and empowerment, environmental and climate policy, and science-backed projects with tangible, scalable benefits.
