Forest Conservation Fund (FCF) is sponsored by Forest Conservation Fund (FCF). FCF is a Switzerland-based non-profit that bridges the gap between global markets and the forest frontier.

We receive several applications so cannot respond to every one, but regularly review our database.

The FCF Secretariat will work with you to prepare the application documents (found in the application packs below) The application is submitted to the FCF Grants Committee The Grants Committee meets quarterly to review applications for five-year grants One the project is approved by the Grants Committee and a donor has been identified, FCF disburses the first three months of funds Each quarter, your project will submit a brief activity report and budget of how the grant was spent FCF checks the forest is intact using Starling Verification and approves the next quarterly payment to be transferred Once per year, you will submit an annual report of how your project used the previous year’s funds The Grants Committee reviews and re-approves projects on an annual basis, they can also request specific or random field visits If you are unsure about whether you reach the eligibility requirements, we encourage you to still reach out to us using the Enquiry Form below - we are working to be more flexible to the country and contexts where forest stewards are practicing.
