Forging Youth Resilience | Join FYR’s community raising money to support youth nationwide by participating in our annual workout fundraiser, IGNITE . Taking place during Mental Health Awareness Month, IGNITE celebrates fitness as a pathway toward mental health, resiliency and community. Join us as a participant for the IGNITE workout designed by Coach Ben of WODprep OR donate to support the cause!

Forging Youth Resilience (FYR) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that empowers young people to build physical and mental strength for life by providing access to a network of community-based fitness programs, nutrition education, and mentorship.
We use CrossFit and other similar fitness methodologies as a tool to teach imperative life skills like perseverance, grit, determination, resilience and confidence to prepare our athletes to face the challenges life throws their way with grace, maturity and strength.
