Foundation for Seacoast Health Advancing Health & Wellbeing Across the Seacoast The Foundation for Seacoast Health partners with organizations across the Seacoast region to improve mental health, support healthy aging, strengthen the healthcare workforce, and advance the conditions that help people and communities thrive.
Following is our geographic catchment area: New Hampshire: Portsmouth, Rye, Greenland, Newington, New Castle, North Hampton, Hampton, Seabrook Maine: Kittery, Eliot, York Strengthening mental health through prevention, early intervention, and access to care. Ensuring older adults remain healthy, independent, and connected. Providing opportunities for healthc are e ducation and career pathways.
