Other Federal Agencies and Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs): Prospective proposers from other Federal Agencies and FFRDCs, including NSF sponsored FFRDCs, must follow the guidance in PAPPG Chapter I.E.2 regarding limitations on eligibility. Who May Serve as PI: There are no restrictions or limits. Limit on Number of Proposals per Organization: 1 An organization may only serve as the submitting organization for one proposal to this competition. Limit on Number of Proposals per PI or co-PI: 1 An individual may participate as PI, co-PI, or other Senior Personnel on at most one proposal for this competition. Note that any individual whose biographical sketch is provided as part of the proposal will be considered as Senior Personnel in the proposed activity, with or without financial support from the project. Other staff funded under the budget of Applicants should confirm final requirements in the official notice before submission.
