Fox Trot Public Art Iniative - Nebraska Arts Council Fox Trot Public Art Iniative Request for Qualifications (RFQ) The Wahoo Area Arts Council invites artists to submit qualifications for participation in the Fox Trot Public Art Initiative, a community-based mural project in downtown Wahoo.
This initiative aims to celebrate creativity, enhance public spaces, and establish a cohesive yet diverse visual identity throughout the community through a collection of fox-themed outdoor micro-murals. Selected artists will be asked to submit a Request for Proposal (RFP) receive a $200 design stipend to develop an original micro-mural concept.
There is a $2,300 cap on the completed installation at an approved downtown location in Wahoo including travel, paint, and supplies. The completed works will collectively be known as the “Fox Trot” and will be promoted as a public walking tour experience in downtown Wahoo.
