FRAME Program - Florida Department of Health The Florida Reimbursement Assistance for Medical Education (FRAME) offers financial assistance to qualified health care professionals, encouraging them to serve in areas with limited access to medical care. By alleviating educational debt, FRAME supports the commitment of these professionals to communities in need.
