Fran Siegel Scholarship (Midwest Metalsmiths) is sponsored by Midwest Metalsmiths. This scholarship provides funding for a week of learning at the William Holland School of Lapidary Arts, which teaches lapidary arts, casting, glass fusing, and silversmithing.

Midwest Metalsmith Scholarships Fran Siegel Scholarship to William Holland School of Lapidary Arts This year ONE $1000 Fran Siegel Scholarship will be awarded for a week of learning at William Holland School. Every year Midwest Metalsmiths is fortunate enough to give away a scholarship for someone to go to the William Holland School of Lapidary Arts in Young Harris, Georgia for a week.

This has been made possible through the generous Siegel family. The school teaches not only lapidary arts, but also casting, glass fusing and silversmithing. This is a great opportunity to expand your jewelry vocabulary and go to Georgia as well.

They have great accommodations for students in a beautiful rural setting. The some classes fill up quick and encourage y ou to register for the class of your choice once the 2027 school catalog goes online in November or December . The Fran Siegel Scholarship is for a week of learning at William Holland School of Lapidary Arts.

This year we are giving ONE scholarship for 2027. The amount of the scholarship is $1000. 00.
