Frontier Fund | Global Health Investment Corporation (GHIC) The Frontier Fund supports earlier-stage programs to advance novel medical countermeasures that strengthen and expand our capabilities to respond to the growing complexity and unpredictability of health security threats and scenarios. Program funding is targeted towards IP generation to advance products, validate technologies/platforms, and advance companies.
The program will support research at different stages, including academic investigators, early/seed stage companies, and venture-backed established companies. Eligible applicants include for-profit companies and academic investigators at research institutions, non-profit organizations, and universities. Only companies and institutions based in the US are eligible to submit proposals.
Proposals will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Current project topic priorities are listed in this 2-page program summary . Other project topics with high relevance to health security might also be considered.
