Fulbright African Research Scholar Program (ARSP) - Research Grants is sponsored by U.S. Embassy in Tanzania / Fulbright Program. This program offers awards for African university faculty or research institute professionals to conduct research in any academic discipline at a U.S. academic or research institution. Research grants are typically 3 to 9 months.
Preference is given to individuals with at least three years of university teaching experience and a productive scholarly record, and to candidates who have not previously received a Fulbright scholar grant or have limited experience in the United States. Doctoral dissertation research and postdoctoral research immediately following completion of a doctorate are ineligible.
