The test preparation materials and curriculum will provide a consistent, high-quality instructional model that enhances instructor effectiveness, improves learner preparedness, and leads to measurable increases in student performance and pass rates on the Ramsay Assessment.
By strengthening instructors’ knowledge base, this project aims to establish instructional cohesiveness, increase learner readiness, and ultimately raise student performance and pass rate success on the Ramsay Assessment. This project will help expand Pennsylvania’s talent pipeline by advancing instructional quality, consistency, and accessibility across technical training environments.
By developing standardized, openly accessible materials and a sustainable Train-the-Trainer model, the initiative supports long-term workforce readiness and strengthens connections between education providers and employers. These efforts reinforce statewide priorities to build a coordinated, skills driven workforce ecosystem that enables more Pennsylvanians to access high growth technical careers.
