FY 2024 Preventing School Violence: BJA's STOP School Violence Program is sponsored by Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA). This program aims to increase school safety by implementing solutions that improve school climate, establish school-based behavioral threat assessments and/or intervention teams, and deploy technological innovations shown to increase safety such as reporting technology.
Funds can be used for developing and operating technology solutions like anonymous reporting systems, developing and implementing multidisciplinary behavioral threat assessment teams, and training school personnel and educating students on preventing school violence.
