Becoming a Network Partner DAAA FY 2027–FY 2029 Request for Proposal Now Open DAAA is seeking innovative, sustainable, and impactful programs that help older adults age safely and independently in their homes and communities while strengthening support systems for family caregivers.
Interested applicants are encouraged to attend a Technical Assistance Workshop and review the RFP materials for important funding and application details. Join us in advancing services that improve the quality of life for older adults and caregivers across our community.
Applicants are expected to attend one of the scheduled Technical Assistance Workshops to receive important information regarding the RFP process, funding requirements, and proposal submission expectations. Service Provider Partner Criteria: When evaluating potential new Service Providers/Partners, the following criteria will be used: Ability to Provide Quality Services: Potential providers should demonstrate measurable and relevant local service delivery performance.
Positive References: Potential providers should have strong references from their relationships with consumers, and consumer referral sources. Program Participant Preference: Participant choice and the delivery of person-centered services is a priority. Cost : Selection is competitive and cost-effectiveness is a priority.
Continuity of Care: Ability to offer comprehensive and holistic services to minimize the number of agencies and caregivers involved with each participant’s care is important. Geographic and Service Need Considerations: Potential partners must demonstrate an ability to provide quality service(s) in DAAA’s service area.
