FY2024-2025 National Sea Grant BIL Marine Debris Community Action Coalitions is sponsored by National Sea Grant College Program. 2025 Sea Grant Knauss Fellowship is a fellowship from the National Sea Grant College Program that funds graduate students to gain firsthand experience in ocean, coastal, and Great Lakes policy at the federal level in Washington, D.C. Fellows are placed for one year with executive or legislative branch hosts and receive a stipend and benefits. The fellowship is designed for students interested in the interaction between science and policy for ocean and coastal resources.
