Homelessness Prevention The agencies/non-profit organizations that are receiving Human Services funds from the Town of Falmouth for FY2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026) are: >Homeless Prevention - Housing Assistance Corporation $70,000 / Duffy In From The Streets Program $5,000 >Outmigration - YMCA $20,000 >Immigration Resource Center/Community Action Committee of Cape Cod $9,500
