Individual Artist Fellowship (Tennessee Arts Commission) is a grant from the Tennessee Arts Commission that funds outstanding professional Tennessee artists whose work adds to the cultural vitality of the state. Fellowships recognize individuals who, through education, experience, or natural talent, engage deeply in a particular art form or discipline and rely on their artistic work as a significant source of livelihood. Eligible applicants must be professional artists who are residents of Tennessee and are financially compensated for their creative work. No matching funds are required. Awards are made across multiple artistic disciplines on a competitive basis each year.

The NSF State and Regional AI Infrastructure Hubs program aims to expand access to the compute required for AI-enabled scientific discovery and to transform the research, education, and training opportunities offered by institutions of higher education. AI Infrastructure Hubs will connect researchers to new compute infrastructure that leverages contributions from state governments, research institutions, industry, and philanthropy, accelerating AI-enabled discovery across science and engineering and developing a skilled technical workforce for AI use in the scientific enterprise. The program responds to a core tenet of Science: A New Golden Age to renew America’s research and development (R&D) for changes in today’s scientific enterprise, including the role of AI in laying the foundation for a new era of scientific discovery and the growing role of industry and philanthropy in funding R&D. In response, the Administration’s FY28 R&D Priorities Memorandum called for investing in AI for science as a national mission and expanding the scale of, and flexible access to, advanced compute and data infrastructure that researchers now require for frontier scientific discovery. Each AI Infrastructure Hub will be organized as a flexible state or regional consortium of state and local governments, research institutions, philanthropies, and the private sector. Consortia will be responsible for all funding for new or expanded computing, data, and AI resources, whether on-premises or cloud-based. NSF will fund each Hub’s consortium coordination, AI infrastructure workforce development, and faculty training and coursework development in leveraging AI for science. High Growth and Emerging Technology (Innovative Grant) is sponsored by Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education. This is one of several innovative grants offered by Oklahoma CareerTech to support projects in career and technical education. The 'High Growth and Emerging Technology' specific grant focuses on initiatives related to these areas. The CTE New Program grant initiative, under which these innovative grants fall, will reopen for new applicants in March 2027 for FY28 funding. Rural schools that don't meet the $15,000 allocation requirement are eligible in FY27.

The Office-to-Anything Program is a grant from the District of Columbia Government that funds the repositioning of outdated and obsolete office space into new commercial, retail, entertainment, hotel, or other non-residential uses in Central Washington, DC. Officially known as the Central Washington Activation Projects Temporary Tax Abatement, the program offers a 15-year temporary property tax freeze calculated as the difference between the base-year value and the post-improvement repositioned value. Eligible properties must be located within the Central Washington Planning Area or within 1,750 linear feet of its boundary. Residential conversions are not eligible. The program is competitive, with annual funding caps starting at $5 million in FY27, rising to $6 million in FY28 and $8 million in FY29, with 4% annual escalation thereafter.
