General and Low-Income Assistance Competition is sponsored by U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). This competition, part of the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund, will make $20 billion available through grants to eligible non-profits for clean energy and climate projects, with a focus on minority and low-income groups.
