General Operating Grants

General Operating Grants is sponsored by The Connecticut Community Foundation. The Connecticut Community Foundation supports organizations working to reduce disparities in their community, providing services, supports, or programming to communities within their 21-town service area. They encourage requests that include support for core nonprofit operations.

If you have not yet already registered a GOapply account, you must do so to apply for grant funding. Initial registration requires approval and may take up to two business days. Please register with ample time to prepare and submit your application.

Important Note: First-time grant applicants MUST schedule an in-person meeting with the Program Officer who staffs the area of interest for the given request BEFORE applying. This meeting must take place no later than three weeks prior to the grant deadline.
