Non-Profit Housing and Community Developer. New Genesis Housing Development was established in June 2009. Our mission is to provide affordable housing opportunities for low to moderate income individuals and families in the Greater Central Valley of California.

New Genesis HDC provides advocacy services in and for families to better improve neighborhoods and communities. New Genesis also supports within its structure a Faith -Based & Community Initiatives Network to empowered individuals and organizations to better improve their communities.

Under the umbrella of NGHD, s Faith - Based and Community Initiatives Network, the organization will be launching in late 2021 a theology school called The New Genesis Theological Institute. It will be a hybrid of in person and online study to educate and empower people of faith to better serve their communities. Using data driven models, we provide solutions that make a long-lasting difference.

New Genesis Housing Development works with many community and neighborhood partners with the aim to better support and empower individuals and families to help them achieve their dreams and objectives.

New Genesis Housing Development with government entities on the local, state and federal level and for profit businesses in the spirit of collaboration to and with the aim to achieve freedom and economic independence for those who desire to achieve it.
